Kris Aquino shocked everyone when she announced her resignation from ABS-CBN, her home network for 20 years. She later announced that she had signed with APT Entertainment, which handles the country's longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga.
However, Kris Aquino still doesn't have any active shows on GMA.
Rams DAvid, APT Entertainment operations head and Triple A's president, shared their plans for Kris' career.
When asked about his relationship with Kris Aquino he said,
"Masaya, masaya... I didn't expect that we will get along. Hindi ko sinasabi na hindi kami magiging okey, pero hindi siya mahirap mahalin, hindi siya mahirap gustuhin. At hindi siya mahirap katrabaho."
He was also asked if there are issues between GMA and Kris and he said: "Wala naman, wala naman, e. Wala lang sigurong oras pa para pag-usapan kung anong project at saka timeslot."
"No, no, hindi siya hinarang ng GMA, definitely. I think it's timing lang. Nagkaroon ng problema sa timing. Hindi talaga, hindi siya hinarang ng GMA."
He was also asked if there's a chance that Kris Aquino appear in GMA shows soon.
"Why not, our doors are open and we would love to work with GMA. GMA has been our partner for how many years. Eat Bulaga, other shows, and most of our artists are with GMA, so walang dahilan para hindi kami magkaroon ng magandang relasyon." Daid said.
